This is what I wrote to the White House.
Dear Mr President and First Lady,
I am a lifelong Republican and look forward to what you can get done in your second term. This is My first time ever writing to the White House. I gave a friend a ride to JFK today and she said I ought to write to you and to JFK Jr about this product.
Last August I went to France and discovered a wonderful non-alcoholic sparkling tea called Sparkteez. I was having dinner in Madame Brasserie's in the Eiffel Tower. The first thing on the menu was a glass of champagne but not drinking alcohol I asked for something non-alcoholic. They brought me a drink that looked and bubbled like champagne but after smelling it, I found no smell of alcohol. It tasted divine. It also had a very subtle flavor of something that for a while was a mystery to my tastebuds. I asked what it was made with and the waiter brought me the bottle of Sparkteez. It even looked like a bottle of champagne and I noticed the word BRUT on the bottle which meant it had very little sugar. I finally figured the subtle flavor was peach syrup and this was confirmed to me.
This is where my story begins. I reached out to the company who makes this luxurious beverage to see what I could do to get a couple of cases here in the US. They wrote back to me that I could buy a pallet! That wasn't what I was expecting to say the least. It opened my mind to a question of actually sharing what I found in France with the people of the US where dreams can come true. Only in America!
I did some research and decided to join forces with Sparkteez and begin a company to import their delicious beverage. Instead of hot brewing the tea they use a cold infusion or brew technique, which leaves the tannins or bitter part of the tea behind. The tannins are also where the caffeine is. This is why they need very little sugar in a bottle and makes for a very refreshing sparkling beverage that is great for celebrating without the guilt of alcohol on any special occasion.
My response to the email from Sparkteez was not to order just one pallet, but three! I found, besides the Prestige, the one that looks like a bottle of champagne, they also sell a Rosé that adds Hibiscus Flower to their original recipe, which is all organic and only has 7 ingredients. The third pallet was of some mini bottles of the Prestige for single servings. In April they will begin production of a Premium Earl Grey sparkling tea which I am looking forward to adding to my inventory. They will be adding Bergomot juice to their original recipe.
I've never been a tea drinker before because of its taste and how it makes my stomach feel. I didn't even know I was drinking tea when it was served to me the very first time. It was the difference between night and day!
My goal is to see Sparkteez become known throughout the US as the premium drink people turn to when they want to celebrate a special occasion without the guilt of alcohol, or worry if pregnant. With very little sugar even diabetics can celebrate, and Sparkteez can be shared with the entire family!
I would love to be able to share some of my bubbly discovery with the President and First Lady. Can you tell me if that is possible and how to go about bringing that to a reality?
Have a Sparktacular Day,
Richard Hardesty

P.S. I took on this project at the age of 65 and have never done anything this ambitious before. What a tremendous learning experience it has been and continues to be. Also I work full-time as an Electronic Technician at a medical device company named Getinge USA LLC. I have never worked for a company that treats its employees so well and that has the technology to help people live healthy, productive lives.
I’m excited to connect with you! Whether you have questions about my premium Sparkteez® Sparkling Tea, want to place an order, or simply wish to share your thoughts, this is the perfect place to reach out.
